Knoebels Kares
Knoebels Kares was honored to present a $12,402.77 donation to Valley Chemical Fire Company for its 2025 program year. Valley Chemical Fire Company was established in 1924 and is one of the fire companies that provides timely service to Knoebels and its surrounding communities.
To expand our charitable giving efforts, the Knoebels Kares Program was introduced in 2024. Each season, at least one organization is featured as recipient of proceeds from select fundraisers. In its inaugural year, Knoebels Kares donated over $10,000 to Eos Therapeutic Riding Center.
Give Kids the World
An 89 acre, non-profit resort in Central Florida, Give Kids the World provides weeklong, cost-free vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families. Knoebels has raised funds for Give Kids the World through our wishing well and other special events.
Knoebels also participates in the Give Kids the World Passport program, which allows recipients free ride & pool passes for a day. In 2024, over 108 families visited Knoebels through the passport program!

Ride Pass Donations
Join us for the 31st Annual Knoebel Lumber 5K and make a difference! This race isn’t just about fun and fitness—all proceeds go directly to support the Ralpho Township Public Library. Every step you take helps fund valuable resources for the community.
The race starts near Pavilion L and covers a scenic, moderately hilly 5K route of mixed gravel and asphalt. Register early to get your official race t-shirt, and top finishers will earn prizes. Together, we can help our local library thrive!
Community Outreach & Support
At Knoebels, we are dedicated to uplifting our community through various charitable initiatives and support programs. From providing assistance to local organizations to hosting fundraising events, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors.
Salvation Army
Each year we host the annual “Duck Drop” event which is our local Salvation Army’s largest yearly fundraiser, and also host a “Salvation Army” night during Joy Through the Grove as well.
Scholarships
We’re excited to help our team members shine! Each year, we award $7,500 in scholarships to high school seniors graduating and students already in college. It’s our way of supporting their next big step!
Three Ponds Golf Ball Donations
Our pro shop raises funds annually for The Elysburg Food Pantry with their recycled golf balls.
Doggie Dive
Each year, we proudly host the Doggie Dive at Knoebels Crystal Pool, where guests and their pups enjoy a fun day while supporting local animal rescues, with 100% of proceeds helping animals in need.
Nickle Plate Dine To Donate
We donate annually to area programs, groups, and teams who host fundraising nights at Nickle Plate Bar & Grill.
Knoebels in the Community
Kozmo and the team love spreading joy and making a difference! Every year, we join in the fun at over 20 local parades, festivals, and events. Kozmo also brings smiles to Janet Weis Children’s Hospital with regular visits. Plus, we’re committed to keeping our community clean with litter pickups along the roads leading to and from the park.”
