General Rules & Guidelines
The golf course superintendent and/or management shall be in charge of daily course operations. It shall rest in the discretion of the superintendent and/or management when the course will be closed for play due to weather and/or other reasons.
Everyone is required to check in at the golf shop before heading to the first tee. Members are not permitted to start on the back nine without permission from the golf shop manager.
Slow players must allow faster players to play through.
Replace fairway divots and repair ball marks on greens.
Keep golf carts on cart path around all tees and greens.
Every player MUST have their own set of golf clubs and bag.
No personal coolers or outside alcohol. All alcohol consumed on property must be purchased from The Nickle Plate Bar & Grill.
No profanity.
Follow all temporary cart signs.
Do not tamper with course set-up.
No disrespectful behavior, verbal and/or physical assault towards any staff member, course member, or outside guest on the course, in the golf club or on-line.
Penalties & Disciplinary Actions
The penalties for unbecoming conduct or violation of the Rules and Guidelines of Knoebels Three Ponds Golf Course include but are not limited to:
- Verbal Warning
Member will receive a verbal warning from the management at KTP stating the offense. - Written Warning
Member will receive a written letter from the management at KTP stating the offense. Document must be signed by both parties before the member may resume play. - Period of Suspension (Undefined period – determined by the severity of the infraction). Member will be prohibited from play or participation in any event on property at Knoebels Three Ponds Golf Course for the suspension period.
- Termination of Membership
Membership will be revoked for the remainder of the season without refund of paid dues. If a terminated member decides to rejoin any following season, that member will be subject to a Lifetime Termination and banned from Knoebels Three Ponds Golf Course upon any subsequent offense.
