Plan Your Picnic

Music & Audio Guidelines

• Personal music is permitted at pavilion events.
• Music must be kept at a reasonable volume and limited to your pavilion area.
• Music must be family friendly and free of explicit language.
• Speakers should not project sound beyond the immediate pavilion space.

Not Permitted

• No large or high-powered speaker systems
• No amplified sound intended to be heard across multiple pavilions or public areas
• No Bands, DJs, personal PA systems, or professional audio equipment – without written approval from our Group Sales Team.
• No sound that disrupts nearby guests or events

Knoebels reserves the right to request volume adjustments or discontinue music if it impacts other guests.

Guests are welcome to bring traditional picnic items.  Limited to small-scale, non-commercial equipment typically used for casual group picnics.

Traditional Picnic Items Include

• Portable charcoal or propane grills, placed on the ground and used outside of pavilion roofs
• Coolers and insulated food containers (glass not permitted)
• Chafing dishes, Sterno cans, and warming trays
• Disposable or reusable serving trays and platters
• Beverage dispensers and drink coolers
• Paper plates, cups, napkins, and plastic utensils
• Basic food preparation and serving items such as tongs, spatulas, and serving spoons

Not Considered Traditional Picnic Items

• No commercial cooking equipment or food trucks
• No deep fryers or open-oil cooking devices
• No generators or powered equipment not provided by the park
• No folding tables
• No refrigerators
• No microwaves or air fryers
• No hammocks, inflatables, or additional furniture
• No canopies or pop-up tents
