Group Sales & Catering
Is there ice available to purchase?
You may order ice to be delivered with your catering order.
Ice is also available for purchase at the Group Planning Center.
When the group planning center is closed, ice can be purchased at the Exit Kettle Stand located by the Impulse roller coaster.
What if we have last minute changes to our full service catering?
A $1,000 Change Order Fee is applied to Full Service Caterings if meal counts are altered after final count is received.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Absolutely, we will need to know the number of vegetarian meals when final counts are due. We offer the following Vegetarian Options: Veggie Burgers (will replace Hamburgers, Pulled Pork, and BBQ), Veggie Nuggets (will replace Chicken Nuggets, BBQ Chicken), Carrot Dogs (will replace Hot Dogs and Hot Sausage).
What is the minimum number of guests for full service catering?
There is a 100 guest minimum.
What if it rains?
All of our events are rain or shine. NO cancellations or rain dates.
Pavilion Rentals
Is music permitted in the pavilion?
Music & Audio Guidelines
- Personal music is permitted at pavilion events.
- Music must be kept at a reasonable volume and limited to your pavilion area.
- Music must be family friendly and free of explicit language.
- Speakers should not project sound beyond the immediate pavilion space.
Not Permitted
- No large or high-powered speaker systems
- No amplified sound intended to be heard across multiple pavilions or public areas
- No Bands, DJs, personal PA systems, or professional audio equipment – without written approval from our Group Sales Team.
- No sound that disrupts nearby guests or events
Knoebels reserves the right to request volume adjustments or discontinue music if it impacts other guests.
What items are permitted in the Pavilions?
Guests are welcome to bring traditional picnic items. Limited to small-scale, non-commercial equipment typically used for casual group picnics.
Traditional Picnic Items Include
- Portable charcoal or propane grills, placed on the ground and used outside of pavilion roofs
- Coolers and insulated food containers (glass not permitted)
- Chafing dishes, Sterno cans, and warming trays
- Disposable or reusable serving trays and platters
- Beverage dispensers and drink coolers
- Paper plates, cups, napkins, and plastic utensils
- Basic food preparation and serving items such as tongs, spatulas, and serving spoons
Not Considered Traditional Picnic Items
- No commercial cooking equipment or food trucks
- No deep fryers or open-oil cooking devices
- No generators or powered equipment not provided by the park
- No folding tables
- No refrigerators
- No microwaves or air fryers
- No hammocks, inflatables, or additional furniture
- No canopies or pop-up tents

What if it rains?
When do I need to check in?
No need to check in. When you arrive, head right to your reserved pavilion. The tables that are yours will be marked in chalk with your name or there will be a seating chart displaying your reserved tables.
