Several rides will close due to inclement weather. A specific answer as to which rides close is not possible because of the varying degrees of inclement weather. We make every effort to reopen the rides as safely and quickly as possible as conditions improve. We do not offer refunds. In some situations, if inclement weather suspends all operations for the remainder of the day, a Return Visit Voucher for the current operating season may be issued at Guest Services or our Admissions Building. All requests for Return Visit Vouchers must be made in-park within one hour of closing, and proof of Ride Pass purchase is required to receive voucher. Guests purchasing individual ride tickets will not receive a refund, as our ride tickets never expire, and can be used toward a future visit.

Per-use lockers are available at Phoenix, Fascination, Impulse, and Sklooosh, daily lockers available at Crystal Pool entrance.

To report lost or found property, please visit Lost & Found located near Impulse, or complete a Lost Item Report.

Loose articles are not permitted on rides and should be left with a non-rider or in a locker. Knoebels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If an article is lost on a ride, we cannot suspend operation or attempt to retrieve the article. Guests are not permitted to retrieve lost items. We make every effort to retrieve and return lost articles once the ride is properly shut down and safely secured.

To assist with reuniting lost persons with their caretakers, wristbands are available at Guest Services, Lost & Found and Security.
